Get Help
Game and billing support both run through Get help, inside Pocket Celeb. Open a ticket and our AI helper answers right away. If it can’t solve it, a human from our team takes over in the same ticket. Use it for:
- Bugs, crashes, or something not working right
- A purchase that didn’t show up
- Refund requests and billing questions
- Help with a campaign or your account
- Feedback and ideas
- Make sure you’re signed in.
- From the home screen, tap the menu in the top-right corner. Your account opens.
- Next to Help, tap Get help, then New ticket.
In the middle of a campaign? Its menu has Get Help too. Replies land in the same ticket, and a red dot on the menu tells you one is waiting. Can’t sign in? Use the email at the bottom of this page.
Manage Your Subscription
Subscriptions are managed from your account here on the web.
Cancel or change your plan
- From the home screen, tap the menu in the top-right corner. Your account opens.
- Next to Plan, tap Manage.
- Tap Cancel subscription to cancel, or Manage billing to change your plan, update your card, or see your invoices.
Canceling stops the next charge. You keep your plan until the end of the period you’ve already paid for. Stuck, or want a refund? Open a ticket in Get help.
Delete Your Account
This is permanent and can’t be undone. Your profile, characters, campaigns, and progress will all be removed from your account. Full details are on the Delete Account page.
- Make sure you’re signed in.
- From the home screen, tap the menu in the top-right corner. Your account opens.
- At the bottom, tap Danger zone, then Delete account…
- Type your username to confirm, then tap Delete Account. You’ll be signed out immediately.
Everything about your game or your billing goes through Get help. Email is only for when you can’t sign in, or for partnerships, press, and legal notices: innkeeper@oldgregstavern.com. If it’s about an account, write from the email address on that account.
